I received an item as a gift. How can I receive a refund? Gifts returned with a gift receipt (invoice) will be refunded in the form of a gift card of a value equivalent to the purchase price. Gifts returned without a gift receipt (invoice) will be reimbursed in the form of a merchandise certificate by mail with a value corresponding to the current sale price.
Can items purchased online be returned in store? Yes, with the exception of items marked "By mail only.1

Holiday Extended Returns Policy Items purchased online or in-store between November 1 and December 24 can be returned until January 15 or up to 45 days after purchase, whichever is later. For items purchased online and returned by mail, they must be received at our facility no later than January 15 or 45 days after purchase, whichever is later. Please allow 5-7 days for returns by mail. Proof of purchase is required.

  • 2 Swimsuits must bear their original price tag and intact hygienic liner.
  • 3 New sunglasses can be returned within 45 days if accompanied by the original receipt and their free case with the tags still attached. Defective sunglasses can be returned at any time.
